The ChannelKen Metaverse is a virtual universe. Well, think of it as a DIY channel on TV: but this DIY channel doesn’t focus on one particular aspect of our lives. The house, I think, is a representation of me. I’m Ken, and I’m a jack of all trades. I’m a neurodivergent thinker and tinkerer. I learn by doing and watching. I don’t learn by listening. I am also on a quest to learn as much as I can possibly learn before I die. I always wanted to be a father but that never happened: so this is my way of doing my best to give you fatherly advice (I call it “dadvice”). If you want to know more about me, click HERE to read my bio.
This Metaverse, however, includes a VERY diverse cast of… call them, alternate personalities… of me and all the other contributors to ChannelKen’s Metaverse. And they all either live at, or work to help, the ChannelKen House succeed. Topics & categories are organized by room. If you want to learn how to cook Chicken Marsala from scratch, there’s no reason to look in the Living Room: you’d go to the Kitchen. That’s where cooking videos live.

Barry built his fortune from the ground up and never forgot where he came from. He enjoys talking business, investing, entrepreneurship, and the lessons learned from both success and failure. His favorite question is simple: "What's your next big idea?"

Chef Chris believes every problem in life can be improved with garlic, butter, and feeding people until they stop arguing. His kitchen acts as unofficial neutral ground where politicians, mechanics, teachers, and firefighters somehow end up sharing meals together. When Chef Chris isn’t working at his restaurant, he is at the ChannelKen House teaching the community how to cook the best meals on a budget.

Christian believes everyone needs someone willing to listen. Whether you're celebrating life's victories or carrying its burdens, he's always ready with a kind word, thoughtful advice, and a little hope.

Curtis knows that anything worth having is worth building correctly. He'll help you tackle projects, understand tools, and learn practical skills that last a lifetime. Measure twice, cut once.

Damien is always on the move and somehow always knows where everything belongs. Whether it's logistics, organization, or getting things from point A to point B, he keeps the wheels turning.

Brilliant, calm, and permanently exhausted, Dr. Darby has seen humanity at both its best and worst. He carries himself with quiet authority and has mastered the art of delivering life-changing news while surviving on three hours of sleep and stale coffee. His compassion keeps the town together more than most people realize.

A larger-than-life real estate mogul with gold-plated confidence and a habit of turning impossible projects into skyline landmarks. Donald believes America’s biggest problems can usually be solved with strong leadership, smart negotiation, and a little controlled chaos. Half the town thinks he’s a genius; the other half thinks he’s insane — and both groups keep watching him anyway.

Elaine has seen people at their best and worst moments. She believes knowledge saves lives and enjoys teaching practical health, safety, and emergency preparedness skills everyone should know.

Finghin runs toward the things most people run away from. From fire safety and emergency response to stories from the firehouse, he's here to help people stay prepared and stay safe.

Henry has never met a hobby he didn't want to try. From model building and crafts to unusual collections and weekend projects, he's proof you're never too old to learn something new.

Jazmine asks questions others forget to ask. She values facts, evidence, and context, helping separate truth from rumor in a world overflowing with information.

Lainie genuinely wants the world to be kinder, fairer, and more compassionate, even if her idealism occasionally blinds her to reality. She argues passionately, drinks overpriced coffee, and somehow ends up debating Donald at nearly every town gathering. Beneath the sarcasm and politics, she truly cares about people.

Larry enjoys untangling complicated rules and explaining them in plain English. While he isn't your attorney, he can help make legal topics far less intimidating.

Covered in grease 90% of the time, Mike treats engines like doctors treat patients. He may not always explain things politely, but if he says your brakes are about to fail, you’d better listen. His garage doubles as a community therapy center for men who “just stopped by for an oil change.”

A loud, animated parchment scroll who appears whenever someone says something historically inaccurate. Mr. Constitution treats the Founding Fathers like rock stars and quotes amendments the way sports fans quote statistics. Nobody knows where he lives, and somehow he’s banned from three school board meetings.

Nancy combines knowledge with compassion. She believes caring for people is just as important as treating illness and enjoys sharing practical health information anyone can understand.

Ned proudly embraces his inner geek. Whether it's technology, science, computers, gadgets, or obscure trivia, he loves discovering how things work and sharing it with others.

Nick is learning that parenthood doesn't come with an instruction manual. He's figuring things out one diaper, sleepless night, and proud milestone at a time.

Nicole knows that being a new parent is equal parts joy, exhaustion, and controlled chaos. She's here to share encouragement, practical advice, and the occasional survival tip.

A lifelong academic who values facts, history, and critical thinking above all else, Professor Pauline has little patience for emotional hysteria or intellectual laziness. She can dismantle a bad argument in thirty seconds flat, then offer you tea afterward like nothing happened. Her students fear her grades but remember her lessons for life.

Reggie may be country, but don't mistake that for foolishness. He enjoys fishing, hunting, fixing things, and reminding folks that common sense still has value.

Roderick loves barbecue, back roads, and stories that get taller every time they're told. He believes life is better when you're laughing with friends around a fire.

Rodney can fix a truck with baling wire, duct tape, and language offensive enough to peel paint off a barn. He distrusts government, loves bonfires, and somehow always knows a guy “who can get it cheaper.” Despite the rough edges, Rodney would stop what he’s doing at 2 AM to help a neighbor pull a car out of a ditch.

Roy doesn't fit neatly into anyone's box, and he's perfectly fine with that. He celebrates individuality, creativity, and the colorful differences that make people interesting.

A wounded veteran with a sharp sense of humor and a stubborn refusal to quit, Ryan rebuilt his life piece by piece after coming home from war. He rarely talks about what happened overseas unless someone truly needs to hear it. When Ryan speaks seriously, the whole room tends to go quiet.
