Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

(International shipping may be added later once operations are dialed in.)


Processing Times

We don’t believe in guessing—so here’s how it actually works:

  • In-stock items: Ship by the next business day
  • Custom / handmade items: May take up to 2+ weeks, depending on the item

Some things simply take time:

Paint has to dry. Epoxy has to cure. Quality can’t be rushed.


Shipping Methods

We primarily use:

  • USPS
  • UPS

(We avoid FedEx unless absolutely necessary.)

Shipping rates are calculated in one of three ways:

  • Live rates (WooCommerce)
  • Flat rate (if cheaper)
  • Free shipping on orders over $150

Expedited Shipping

Need it fast?

We offer expedited (overnight-style) shipping for $35 extra.

Note: This covers shipping speed—not production time.
Custom items still require build time.


Returns & Refunds

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items (after approval—see below)
  • Clearance items

Digital items may be refunded at our discretion only in rare cases.


Return Shipping

  • If it’s your decision → you pay return shipping
  • If it’s our mistake → we cover it

Fair is fair.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or wrong:

⏱️ You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include:

  • Photos or video of the damage
  • Packaging (if applicable)

What Happens Next

  • If damaged in shipping → We’ll send a replacement ASAP
  • We’ll handle the insurance claim on our end
  • If we made a mistake → We fix it at our expense

No runaround. No nonsense.


Custom Orders (Important)

For custom items:

  • You will receive a proof for approval before production
  • Once you approve the proof, the order is locked in

🚫 After approval:

  • No cancellations
  • No refunds

Unless:

  • We make an error → We will replace or refund at our expense

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method only

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
